Shipping
Jewelry will be shipped within 3-5 days after payment is received. Parcel will go for at least 2 weeks. I pack very securely: gift box in the mailbox to prevent damage to the contents. After sending, I'll provide the tracking number and you will be able to track all the movements of the parcel.
Parcel is not arrived
Email me if the parcel not arrived after 30 days. I'm wanted and get the official response from the postal service through 45-60 days. If the parcel is lost, I make a refund or reshipping jewelry of your choice. I take care of my every buyer that you got that ordered and be satisfied.

About the rings
Please specify your exact ring size in any format. But if you make a mistake - you can send the ring to me and I will change its size.
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom and personalized orders
I will be happy to fulfill the personal order for you after an advance of 30%. I make the custom order in my own sketches or repeat my sold jewelry. I show photos of the finished work before the final payment.
